You found your soulmate—now what?


First of all, a huge congratulations on finding your person! As a photography studio for incredible couples like you, we're honored and delighted that you’d consider us to play even a small but important part in your epic love story. 

 

Wedding planning can also be stressful and overwhelming. As wedding photographers, we're not just here to do a job—we're here to act as resource and advocate. We created the following guide to give you an overview of what it’s like to work with us and to share more information about the collections and add-ons we offer.


THE PROCESS


Step 1: Let's meet


After reading through this guide, the next step is to book a consultation (over the phone or zoom) to discuss your wedding, get to know each other, and chat about which package is right for you.








Step 2: Make Things Official!


If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, we'll share a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once your contract is digitally signed and a 25% deposit is made, your date is officially secured, and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding photographer!





Step 3: Get Prepped


During the months and weeks leading up to your wedding, we'll act as a personal guide, offering vendor recommendations, tips, and more. We'll work with you to create a detailed shot list and timeline for the day of your wedding.





Step 4: Cue the Wedding Bells!


The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! We'll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while we do our thing!


Step 5: Gallery Delivery


We'll send you some sneak peek photos within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full gallery will be delivered 8-12 weeks later. You can download and print them yourself, or I can create an heirloom-quality photo album for you. Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
